East Hill, West Hill and the valley — a short run up 99 or 167. Panels, EV chargers, generators, remodel wiring and the kind of troubleshooting that actually finds the problem.
Kent covers a wide spread of build eras, and the electrical work tracks the neighborhood closely. East Hill is heavy on 1970s–1990s subdivisions where the panel is full and the garage has no dedicated circuits. The valley and the older core around Mill Creek and Scenic Hill run older, with more ungrounded wiring and undersized services. Newer Kent developments mostly need us for additions, lighting and EV charging rather than repair.

Often not. If your service amperage is adequate and only the physical breaker spaces are gone, a subpanel fed from the main is usually faster and cheaper than replacing the service. If the load calculation says the service itself is maxed out, then the panel or service upgrade is the honest answer. We run the calculation before quoting either one.
Yes. A code-compliant kitchen in Washington means small-appliance branch circuits, GFCI protection at the counters, AFCI protection on the branch circuits, a dedicated circuit for the dishwasher and disposal, and correct receptacle spacing at the countertops. We coordinate the rough-in with your cabinet and counter schedule so the inspection lands before the drywall closes.
We do. With our contractor license and administrator on file we can take commercial-scale residential work — apartments, condos and townhome blocks — which mostly comes down to respecting the existing service and metering arrangement and getting the permit right.
Kent is a short run from Federal Way up 99 or 167, so same-day and next-day service calls are normal. Call 253-268-6287.
